Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash
- Epicure’s Maple Bacon Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
1. To easily peel squash, slit skin in a few places. Microwave on high to soften slightly, 4–5 minutes. Peel squash, then slice in half. Scoop out and discard seeds.2. Chop squash into pieces, then place in Epicure’s Rectangular Silicone Steamer. Cover and microwave on high, 5–8 minutes, depending on size and thickness of pieces.
3. Spoon onto a platter and season with Maple Bacon Sea Salt.
