Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peanut oil or vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure's Thai Seasoning
- 1 cup (250 ml) prepared Epicure's Chicken Bouillon, or Epicure's Vegetable Bouillon
- 1 cup (250 ml) chunky peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil
- Juice of half a lemon or lime
- Epicure's Crushed Chilies, to taste
Instructions
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in Epicure’s 8–cup Multi-Purpose Pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.2. Place peanut butter and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk in hot Bouillon mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon or lime juice.
3. Season with Crushed Chilies.
