Would you like to join a Pantry Club?

We are looking for 10 people who would be interested in being part of an Epicure Pantry Group.

What it involves:

1. Spending $25 a month, before shipping & GST if applicable, for 10 consecutive months months ( eg Sep - June ) on Epicure products (spices, seasonings, baking supplies, holiday favourites such as cranberry sauce  & cheeseball mixes, etc) to restock your pantry or to use as gifts (or whatever).  You will already be spending close to this on the same products but purchasing them from the grocery store.  Epicure is 100% Canadian owned & operated.

2. Receiving the hostess benefits during one of those 10 months (names drawn at random from those who have yet to host).  This means you get at least $45 worth of free product as well as at least one half-price item.  You will know in advance which month you are selected as the host so if you want to supplement your order with outside orders, you will earn more free & half-price items!

3. Opportunity to come to my house when new stock is released (spring & fall) and sample new recipes & product. Yum!

Let me know if you want to join.  It will be delicious and fun.  It's never too late to try and spice up your food with delicious & healthy products.  Check out the website to see a catalogue or I can also give you a paper copy.

Need more supplies, have a large family? Consider committing to 2 or more spots - increase your monthly dollar commitment, but get additional turns to be hostess!

We can also do a larger commitment and smaller time period if you prefer (50 a month for 6 months, for example).

Message me if you have any questions and feel free to tell your friends.  Space is limited, however, to the first 10 people who commit. If there is enough interest additional clubs may be formed.

Specializing in Fundraisers, Catalog Parties, and Cooking Clubs!

Thank-you for choosing us to be YOUR demonstrator!

Happy Monday ~ New Additions..

Happy Monday everybody!

No, your eyes did not deceive you this morning,  there really are a few tweaks and changes on the blog-o-sphere this morning.

As some of you know, I signed up my very first team-member a few weeks ago when we attended the Fall in Love with Epicure Event in Ottawa.  It seems a little odd to consider this a addition though, since this new member has already been by my side every step of the way.  Did you guess?

That's right! The newest member of my team is James Edwards, better known to many of you as my teddy bear. Though it sounds funny, and almost redundant, the more we thought about it the more the whole thing made sense..

It was a typical evening around the family zoo (our long-time nickname for the crazy that tends to be our busy household) and we were doing some much needed calendar bending.  I'd mentioned something about an upcoming craft and vendor fair that I'd been asked to do for my other business.  My hubby suggested that I ought to be trying to do double duty and promoting both of our businesses at some of these shows.  Honestly, this isn't something I've ever really contemplated.  At a quiet show - No harm, no foul - but at a busy show I couldn't help but think that this type of "plan" would be harmful to both endeavors.  I shot it down right out of the sky..

However what happened next completely blew my socks off!  My hubby had obviously been giving this some thought ~ and went on to explain that when I do a show most often we go together anyhow so why couldn't we do it together?  Well that was a good question!  Why couldn't we do it together?  Well then I teased that I'd have to sign him up as a demonstrator so that there would be no room for anyone to complain that he was masquerading around as a demonstrator.  I honestly expected him to decline, and that would be the end of it. I realize that sounds horrible, but it is what it is.  Imagine my surprise when he smiled and said "Ok!".

I got to thinking afterwards that by signing up for this "extra" kit, that we'd now have a "Show on the Go" kit that would be packed and ready to go on a moments notice without having to raid our kitchen before hand and replace it all when we got home.  Can you say WIN - WIN?

For those just tuning in, Our journey with Epicure Selections first began as a gift to ourselves - an extension of our newly renovated kitchen, and an housewarming gift of sorts after a mutual agreement to set aside one night a week "officially" as "date night".  It sounds a little crazy now, but at the time things had been so busy and we'd fly through the week with meetings and commitments and by the end we'd realize that we hadn't set aside any time for ourselves, or each other. The phrase together - alone comes to mind.  Sometimes life just gets busy like that.. I am ever-grateful that we caught it and dealt with it before things got out of hand.  We've gotten a lot of grins and giggles when we tell people that we joined Epicure to spice up date night.    LOL  ~ At the time it was said with only the most innocent of intentions, but in hindsight it works all around..     There's nothing wrong with changing things up a bit..

We have been loving the process of kicking things up a notch, one meal at a time, and one product at a time.  So many new flavors and twists to kick things up a notch!  I just love that you can log into the Epicure Website and type in a particular product or ingredient and find a myriad of recipes to try using that particular thing.  How Fabulous is that???

Thanks for tuning in to the Epicurious adventures of James & Tammy. We are glad you stopped by.  You can view/download the online catalog, or place an order 24/7 via our Epicure website.  If you'd like a copy of the catalog of your very own please don't hesitate to send us an e-mail or give us a call at your leisure.
