With all of the "Christmas in July" commotion about lately, I thought that I'd dust off some of the great options for entertaining.
It sounds so crazy to be talking about Christmas when folks are standing around the BBQ, but at least you don't have to shovel the snow!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated white cheddar cheese
- 1 — 8 oz (250 g) brick light cream cheese
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure's Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coarsely chopped smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure's Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
- 2 tsp (10 ml) chives
Instructions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Form into a ball or log.
3. Roll in mixed Parmesan, Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, and chives.
